Open Source Image Analysis for Microscopy

Augmentiqs now enables pathologists to access open source pathology image analysis tools directly from their microscope. ImageJ color deconvolution and QuPath nuclei counting algorithms are now available from within the microscope workflow.

One of the key unique features of the Augmentiqs platform is the software and Open API; affording pathology labs multi-directional communication and integration with any digital system/software. This pull-push feature allows for the Augmentiqs system to be highly inter-operable with other digital microscopy technologies within the microscope itself, including: electronic medical/health record (EMR/EHR) systems, image sharing and other data management systems (including cloud providers), remote viewing/reporting, data/image analysis, artificial intelligence and other software plugins. Augmentiqs can be continuously updated with new and validated software and relevant plugins – bringing more added value to the pathologist with time.
